WELCOME - From Your Board of Directors

The Century Condominium Board of Directors would like to welcome you to The Century Condominium's website. This website is a a tool to provide information and feedback between the board, our residents and our property manager.

We hope you enjoy the use of this website. Should there be any questions or feedback, please let us know via a message through this website, dropping off a handwritten message through the mail slot in the main lobby or sending a message through our property manager who will relay it to us.  As we are volunteers, please allow us time to respond to your message.  Messages received through GeniePad and the mail slot are not reviewed regularly by the Board. The Board currently meets the 1st Tuesday of every month and discusses any correspondence received the previous month.  Messages that require a quicker response should be directed to Simco.

  2. You need a fast response to your question (messages on Geniepad are not monitored regularly);
  3. You need to set up or make changes to the buzzer system;
  4. You need to schedule a Move In/Move Out;
  5. You need to deal with payment of Condo Fees;
  6. You need to request Condo Documents - Any documents posted on Genie Pad are for information only and their accuracy is not warrantied. Not all documents are posted to Genie Pad.
  7. You need to make a complaint related to the Condo Bylaws.
